Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery fees vary depending on location and time involved in getting to the destination and making a successful delivery. Particular areas that require extra time (i.e. Scott AFB, St. Clair Square) because of security reasons or otherwise, incur an additional charge. Q: Are you hiring?
A: We are not avidly looking for help, but we do give out applications, that we review and keep on file for future reference.
Q: What happens if my recipient is not home during the day to receive a delivery?
A: If the person you are sending to is not typically home during the day, your best option is to have your gift delivered to their place of work or where there will be someone to accept the gift for him or her. If this is not possible, and your gift is going to a residence or location where no one will be present, we have a couple of options. Per your instruction, we can leave the gift at a specified door. If that is not feasible, we can attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor and tag the door of your recipient. If this occurs, we often phone the recipient to let them know where their gift has been left. We make every attempt to get deliveries made successfully. Because of this, your best option is to have your item delivered to wherever your recipient is.
